(B) Mean values of the NCX5 current (at steady state during NKA activation) relative to NCX1 (n = 8–10 cells, *P < 0.05). (C) The reduction of INCX (NCX1–NCX5) in Sham was linearly dependent on the reduction in NKA (from initial value to steady state). This relationship was abolished in the CHF, Sham ouabain, and CHF ouabain groups.
