Relationship between Platelet Adhesiveness and Plasma Surface Activity in Coronary Heart Disease

D. F. Davies and V. Lloyd

From the Department of Pathology, West Wales General Hospital, Carmarthen

Authors' Synopsis: This study shows a highly significant correlation between the electrophoretic migration time of erythrocytes and platelet adhesiveness in coronary artery disease. Estimations of the electrophoretic migration time appear to be much more closely related to this disease than do those of platelet adhesiveness.
